- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible nowadays. Even when you go to collect a monthly repeat prescription that should have been ready days ago you're lucky if it's done. And if it isn't ready then you're lucky if you only have to wait 15 minutes for them to do it. Set yourself 30 minutes aside at least. In fact add five minutes to that because it takes that long for them to even tell you the prescription isn't ready if the place is ultra busy with a customer. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This store is terrible for customer service capability of finding your prescription. Blaming the doctors! I i have been in this shop on numerous occasions and never left happy ! Last night was the last straw went to get my prescription at 6.20 pm to be told they were not accepting anymore... i stated i needed the prescription bearing in mind i had just rushed there from work and the shop was still open.. No regard for my well being and to be told the chemist round the corner was open.. i went there and what a different experience.. excellant customer service. Dispatched within 5 minutes and open till 11.30 at night.. Think LLoyds staff need to pay a visit to that shop to learn.. I will not be returning to your chemist.by Clare MurphyMay 19, 2017
